Cheese and Veggie Quesadilla recipe

Ingredients List:
1 can of black beans, rinsed then drained
1/2 cup of mild salsa
8 small whole wheat tortillas
1/2 cup of chopped roasted red pepper
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
1 ripe avocado, chopped
1/3 cup of crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
Heat your oven to 400 degrees F. Then you will want to mix together and mash the salsa and black beans. Put it evenly on your tortillas and then put the peppers, avocado, and feta on top. Put your other tortillas on top and place the tortillas in a greased pan. Bake them for about ten minutes. Now you can cut your tortillas and eat them with some more salsa if you want to.
This is a great dish for someone that wants to eat a quick meal without eating something that is unhealthy. If you are watching your health, then you will want to keep this recipe in mind.
